I’ve designed a series of 1:1 Reformer programs with clear goals, so every session has a purpose. Whether it’s helping gym-goers finally build a strong, stable core, giving men a chance to test their strength in a space that challenges their ego, or creating a private, mindful environment to reconnect body and mind, each program is crafted to deliver real results. These aren’t random classes, they’re structured, goal-focused, and designed to meet you exactly where you are, so you leave feeling stronger, more confident, and in control.

  • Operation Pilates Princess

    Always wanted to try group Reformer Pilates but the idea of walking into a studio makes you break into a sweat (not the good kind!) In 4x sessions, I’ll take you from beginner to Pilates Princess!
    Valid for 5 weeks
    • You want to try group Reformer classes but feel nervous
    • Learn the basics seen in group classes
    • Understand the Reformer, springs and props
    • Start to feel how your body moves
    • Hear the lingo, know the cues
    • I'll help you find a studio that suits your needs
    • Finish with the confidence to begin group sessions

  • The Therapy Sessions

    Just you, your breath, and intentional movement. Soft lights, chill music, a calm space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and let go. I’ll hold space for you, exactly as you are, whatever mood.
    Valid for 5 weeks
    • Breath-led movement for your nervous system to slow down
    • Private space: time that’s fully yours, no audience
    • Stronger mind-body link to help with mental health
    • Core/stability training that feels grounding, not punishing
    • Mental clarity: walk out calmer, taller, lighter
    • Move and yap - or just yap. These are therapy sessions!
    • You choose how we move: Just stretching? Weights? Up to you!

  • The "I'll do abs at home" Gym Girlie

    You know the drill “I’ll do abs at home later" but later never comes. With Reformer, every exercise is secretly an ab workout. Reformer = ab day you actually show up for!
    Valid for 5 weeks
    • Stronger lifts: A stable, strong core = more power on squats
    • Build endurance so you aren't gassed half way through a set
    • Sculpt + definition: Deep core muscles actually get trained
    • Flexibility = gains

  • Bro-lates: Not just for girls

    So you think Pilates is “for girls”? Cute. Come try Bro-lates: where we put your ego on the Reformer and see if it survives. Give me one month, and I’ll give you strength you can’t fake, Pilates King

    • Stronger lifts – a stable core = more weight on the bar
    • Your bench is strong. Your balance? Not so much
    • Move faster, hit harder, last longer (in the gym...)
    • You’ve trained muscles for show. Now train them to go!
