My Journey
My journey with movement and mindfulness started long before Pilates.
It started on the dancefloor.
In times of weakness, moving my body was my refuge, my strength.
Later, I found that same sense of freedom on the Reformer.
In a world of noise and expectations, it became a space that felt entirely mine:
grounded, powerful, and euphoric.
Years of therapy and the practice of positive thought through various approaches shaped me, and over time, my mission became clear:
to help others experience how transformative movement, music and mindfulness can be. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
Movement has always been a part of my life, although I didn't discover Pilates until 2019.
For more than 20 years, trance music and the dancefloor have been my happy place. A place where I could immerse myself in rave culture (PLUR😍), completely let go, move freely, and lose myself in the moment without judgement or expectation. Looking back, I now realise this was my first experience of somatic movement - the connection between movement, emotion, and the body.
My Pilates journey began in 2019. At the time, I was working as a Lash Artist after spending a decade in the legal industry behind a desk. Years of sitting, followed by hours bent over clients, had left me with constant back and neck pain. A client suggested I try Pilates - something I had never even heard of before - and from my very first class, I was hooked! The beautiful, mindful movements paired with the rhythm of breathwork had me in an absolute chokehold.
I remember looking at the instructor and thinking, “I want to do that.” Five years and more than 1,000 classes later, I became a certified Pilates instructor. To share the movement that transformed both my body and my mind is an honour.
I discovered meditation in 2019 too. It became a way for my busy mind to finally rest. Through consistent practice, I discovered the power of rewiring my thoughts and creating change from within - sometimes through something as simple as a few intentional moments each day.
I've loved colour for as long as I can remember. Bright colours have always lifted my mood, no matter what I was going through. Over time, I became fascinated by the deeper meaning behind colour, energy, and the chakra system, and how these elements can influence our emotions, intentions, and wellbeing.
As I explored sound frequencies, vibration, and energy, I began to understand why music had always felt so powerful to me. The combination of music, coloured lights, lasers, and vibration on the dancefloor created moments that felt spiritual - a deeply personal yet collective experience where movement, sound, and energy came together.
It felt natural that I would eventually be drawn to Sound Healing and Chakra Healing. They brought together everything that had always nourished me: movement, mindfulness, energy, connection, and transformation.







Looking back, every piece of my journey makes sense.
What started on the dancefloor evolved into Pilates. Pilates led me to meditation. Meditation opened the door to sound healing, energy work, and a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.
Today, those passions are no longer separate parts of my life - they are simply who I am.
Every class I teach, every sound bath I facilitate, and every experience I create is influenced by each chapter of that journey.
I don't believe movement is just about fitness. I believe it is one of the most powerful ways we can reconnect with ourselves.
It's certainly been that for me.

My mantra is simple: Embrace the learning phase. Make mistakes. Learn from them.

I believe people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and like they truly belong. Whether someone walks into a class, a sound bath, or connects with me online, I want them to feel welcomed, valued, and safe to be themselves.

I’m always learning! Whether it’s exploring new modalities, refining my teaching, or continuing my own personal growth, I believe there is always more to discover.

True wellness is about so much more than physical strength. It’s the connection between body, mind, and emotions. It’s about creating space to listen, reconnect, and care for yourself.

Everything I offer comes from a place of honesty and lived experience. I share what I’ve learned, what has helped me, and what continues to shape my own journey.

When I’m not teaching (or doing) Pilates, you’ll find me: watching the footy, going to raves, travelling to Bali, finding the best Matcha in Canberra or spending time with family and friends, or dreaming up my next addition to my business.
