What is STRONG Pilates?
STRONG is a hybrid fitness class that merges traditional Pilates-inspired strength training with intense cardio HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and rowing or riding on a specialized machine called the Rowformer or Bikeformer.
Each 45–50 minute session provides a full-body workout, combining slow-controlled movements for strength and endurance with bursts of fast-paced cardio to build power and burn calories. The Rowformer/Bikeformer machine, which features progressive spring tension, cables, and a rowing/bike element, is the core of the workout, allowing for a low-impact, high-intensity experience suitable for various fitness levels.
What to Expect in a STRONG Pilates Class:
Rowformer or Bikeformer: You'll use a specialized machine that combines elements of a Pilates reformer with a rowing machine or stationary bike.
HIIT Cardio: The workout incorporates bursts of high-intensity cardiovascular training.
Strength Training: You'll perform Pilates-inspired movements with controlled, strong motions to build muscle and endurance. Full-Body Burn: The class is designed to work the entire body, with different exercises and variations targeting various muscle groups.
Supportive Environment: Classes are led by motivational trainers who can modify exercises to suit your fitness level.
