1. GENERAL
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in FREQ MODE (Reformer Pilates and Sound Bath session) (“the Event”) provided by Sally Heinjus ("the Facilitator").
1.2. By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
2.1. Bookings for the Event must be made in advance via the approved booking platform or as directed by the Facilitator.
2.2. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2.3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be non-refundable.
2.4. Late arrivals (5 minutes) result in refusal of entry without refund.
3. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
3.1. Clients must arrive to the Event on time and conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
3.2. Mobile phones must be silenced before entering the location of the Event.
3.3. No recording, photography, or live streaming of sessions is permitted.
4. HEALTH AND SAFETY
4.1. The Event involves physical activity, sound vibrations, and breathwork. These can induce emotional or physical sensations.
4.2. Clients are responsible for assessing their own ability to safely participate.
4.3. Clients must immediately inform the Facilitator of any pre-existing medical or mental health conditions, including but not limited to:

Epilepsy or sound sensitivity

Heart conditions or pacemakers

Pregnancy
-
Anxiety, PTSD, or trauma history

Recent surgeries or injuries
4.4. Attendees participate voluntarily and at their own risk. If you experience discomfort or distress during the session, you may leave quietly at any time.
4.5. The Facilitator is not a medical professional and the Event does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
5. LIABILITY & WAIVER
5.1. You acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks (for the Sound Bath, may include emotional release, dizziness, and light-headedness).
5.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sally Heinjus and any associated staff or venues accept no responsibility for injury, illness, or loss sustained by participants.
5.3. By attending, you release and indemnify Sally Heinjus from any and all liability arising from your participation in the Event.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY & RESPECT
6.1. All participants are expected to respect others’ privacy and personal space.
6.2. Conversations or expressions shared during group sessions are to remain confidential within the group setting.
7. MEDIA CONSENT (OPTIONAL)
7.1. Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use.
7.2. You will always be informed prior to recording, and consent will be requested.
8. AGREEMENT
By attending or booking a Sound Bath, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

What to Bring

Wear light clothing (whatever you feel comfortable moving/sweating in)

Wear Pilates grip socks

Water bottle

Sweat towel

You will have a moment to change into something more comfy if you wish for the Sound Bath. MAX comfort is recommended

You can bring your own pillows and blankets for the Sound bath
Arriving:

Location is at Sisu Canberra, Unit 7/42 Geils Ct, Deakin ACT 2600

There is free parking on Geils Ct

Arrive 10 minutes early (10.50am)

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled.
During:

Sound Bath sessions may involve deep relaxation, sound vibrations, and breathwork. These can induce emotional or physical sensations.

Clients participate voluntarily and at their own risk. If you experience discomfort or distress during the session (ie including emotional release, dizziness, and light-headedness), you may leave quietly or end the session at any time (and I will prioritise checking in with you as soon as I can following the session)

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use, consent will be requested.

Drink lots of water

Fuel your body with nutritious food

Gently stretch at least once a day

Get a good nights sleep, use a guided sleep meditation to assist

Emotional or energetic shifts may continue - Chakra healing can continue to move energy in the days after your session. You may notice emotions, clarity, or release rising to the surface — this is completely normal. If anything comes up and you’d like to talk, I’m here.

We reserve the right to charge 100% of the appointment cost upon booking (Booking Fee) and retain the Booking Fee in the event an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours.
