Elleevate has been designed as an everyday mascara that can be worn on lashes with or without a lash lift. Elleevate contains naturally occurring Keratin complex – Keratin is a strengthening protein that is naturally found in skin, hair and nails. Keratins job is to protect and strengthen the natural lash while your client wears Elleevate.

What is a Lash Lift?
It's a lifting technique designed to give you longer-looking lashes without the need for lash extensions. It will look as if you used a really good eyelash curler, only this lift lasts for 6 to 8 weeks! To top off the treatment, I'll apply a customised black lash tint to suit your eye colour which really makes your lashes look more prominent. The procedure takes about 60 mins to complete. It really is an easy way to instantly brighten and open up the eye area!
How do I need to prep for the treatment?
PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT COMPLETELY FREE OF EYE MAKE UP! Also, you must stop usage of waterproof mascara at least 2 days prior to your Lift! If you wear contacts, they must be removed.
Is this like lash extensions where they will look dramatically thicker?
Lash extensions and lash lifts are 2 totally different enhancements. I will not be adding any additional lashes to you. I will simply be curling your natural lashes. That said, for most, it can make your lashes appear fuller because they are so uplifted.
What are the post treatment instruction/maintenance?
Pretty simple: Don't get your lashes wet or apply anything at all to them for 24 hours as the lashes continue to lift in this time. It is highly recommended that you purchase Elleebana Elleeplex Serum and Elleebana Elleevate Mascara to use inbetween visits. DO NOT use waterproof mascara.
Can I still wear mascara?
Of course! You'll just achieve a more dramatic effect when mascara is applied to your curled lashes. However I only recommened using Elleebana Elleevate Lash Lift Mascara as other mascara can be damaging.
Why can’t I wear waterproof mascara?
Harsh chemicals are used in waterproof formulas in order to make them, well.... waterproof. This chemical composition is extremely drying to your lashes. Not to mention all the effort and extra tugging and pulling on the lashes to remove the mascara. To be honest, most people are not great at thoroughly removing the masacara. If that’s the case, now you’re running around with this super drying film of chemicals on your lashes 24 hours a day. This results in weakened lashes that are prone to breakage, and over shedding.
Why do I have to stop wearing waterproof mascara 2 days before?
For reasons stated above. If you are a regular waterproof mascara wearer, then you already have dehydrated and weakened lashes, which will result in a poor Lift and possible further damage.
Have you been trained in this service?
Yes, I have been trained Lash Vision Academy in Melbourne and LPL Studio in Wagga. My certificates are proudly displayed in Salon. I am insured and continue my studies yearly. I have won 1st place in the international competition, Lash Festival in 2017.
How is this treatment any different than a lash perm?
Lash perms are old school! Some of the lash perms of years past use tiny little rods that product a way too inverted curl. Others, use a type of lash curler/clamp which can be uncomfortable and difficult to work with. The methods I employ use silicon domed shields that lift the lashes from the root, producing a beautiful, uplifted look as if you used a high quality eyelash curler.
Will this damage my eyelashes?
No, if you follow all my advice.
Are some lashes resistant to the curl?
I have found, on occasion, that it's very difficult and sometimes not possible to sustain the curl with lashes that have a strong cowlick or slanted growth pattern. Also, growth patterns due to plastic surgery in the eye area are often not able to be corrected. I say, give the treatment a shot once, and let's see how your lashes hold the curl.
Is it painful?
No. At first, when I'm applying the shields to the eyelids, it may feel a bit strange and icky. But, for the most part, it's very relaxing! You just kick back and relax, a lot of my clients fall asleep.
I use growth serums. Can I get this treatment?
Yes, but please stop using it a week inadvance and let me know what you use as I need to amend the processing times.
I have downward-pointing lashes, will this be a good treatment for me?
Umm yes! Hello this is perfect for you. Anyone with these types of lashes will love the lash lift! Your new lashes growing through will obviously be more noticeable then someone with naturally curly lashes but it will still look amazing!
How long does the effect last?
Depending on the length and quality of your natural lashes, the lift can last for 6 to 8 weeks.
I have very very short lashes. Am I able to still do this procedure?
Most of the time, yes. Though it can be challenging if the lashes aren't even long enough to bring up and back on to the shield. But I say, lets give it a shot once and see how you do!
I have glaucoma, can I have this procedure?
Yes. If ever in doubt, always consult with your physician first.
I've recently had blepharoplasty surgery, can I have this procedure?
You need to wait at least 1 year from your surgery. It has been my experience with clients who have had this surgery that there is an increased sensitivity in the eye area for quite a while. You need to give yourself that time to heal first. After that, you can consult with your physician to be sure.
I've recently had lasik surgery, can I have this procedure?
Yes, but you need to wait at least 6 months. As always, when in doubt, please consult with your physician.
Who is this procedure NOT good for?
Chronic dry eye, conjunctivitis, damaged lashes or lashes with gaps (this treatment may make the gaps more noticeable), active eye infections of any kind, trichotillomania (habitual pulling out of lashes), recent chemo treatments (you will need to wait at least a year from your last treatment. When in doubt, always consult with your physician.)

Have you had a lash lift done and they are all crooked? Painful? Itchy? Look like they've been "fried"? Or are they growing out like crazy!? Let me rescue you!
This service is for those which have had a lash lift done incorrectly by another salon and are seeking to have it rectified immediately. Sometimes this is not the lash artists fault, your lashes simply may not have taken to the lift very well. You may even be my own client!
It's all good though, lash lifts can be reversed. We call this "Relaxed". I have done a lot of reversals lately!
There are many inexperienced or lazy "lash artists" who are over processing Lash Lifts or who have been trained incorrectly, increasing your risk of developing an allergy or permanent damage to your lashes!
If you cannot get a hold of your lash technician or don’t trust them to go near your eyes again, and if we can fit you in during our usual working hours the reversal is $100. There is a surplus for all after hour appointments. If you require us to come to you, a travel fee will also apply.
I will always highly suggest that you purchase Elleeplex ($35) to assist with the regrowth. Please keep this in mind.
